save the date: outlook nebraska 3rd annual golf fundraiser

Outlook Nebraska will hold the 3rd Annual Golf Fundraiser to benefit the blind and visually impaired on Saturday, May 13th. The all day event will be held at the Knolls Golf Course on 11630 Sahler St., in Omaha. Registrations will begin at 10:30 AM and shotgun starts at 12:00 PM.

Businesses are invited to sponsor the event. Sponsorship donations are as follows: Patriot Sponsors of $1000, Star Sponsors of $500, and Stripe Sponsors of $250. All sponsorships include hole signage and program recognition. Prize donations will also be accepted.

Golfers unable to make sponsorship donations may also participate in the tournament. Participants may pay $80 per golfer or $320 per 4 person team.

All proceeds from the event will help to create services and job opportunities for the blind and visually impaired.

Registrations should include participant name(s), sponsorship contact information, prize donor information, and relevant payments. Registration forms are also available from Outlook Nebraska.
