Valuable Training for your Small Business

NBDC’s Business & Technology Solutions program offers time and money friendly classes and certifications to help you grow your small business.

If you need a website but don’t have the means to have someone develop one, why not make one yourself? From Web Design to Project Management, NBDC offers computer training courses that will enhance you and your staff’s computer knowledge base. Most courses only last 2 to 3 days and are far more cost effective than paying out large fees for external support. In fact some classes, such as Web Publisher, cost $100 and are only 1 day long. These classes are informative while saving you the valuable time you need to run your business.

In addition to computer courses, NBDC offers training in Management and Leadership skills. These workshops help you build a stronger business by giving you the knowledge on how effective businesses are run. Courses on topics ranging from Communication Skills to Financial Management are offered to give you the power to improve your small business. Most workshops are 2 to 4 days long and cost no more than $500.

NBDC also offers certificates and endorsements for completion of certain coursework. These certifications are a cost effective way to show your skill in the disciplines of running a business. All certifications are issued by NBDC, a department of the University of Nebraska Omaha’s College of Business Administration, which is fully accredited by AACSB-International.
